It all started with an MZ ES 175/1. My mate Mark was told about it, couldn't afford it so bullied me into buying it. That was probably 20 years ago. We ended up with collections of communist block bikes. We always joked about opening a museum. Then in November 2010 Mark died suddenly from heart failure at the age of 44. Ive been helping his friends clear his collection of bikes and parts, and realised Ive got to get moving and start getting my bikes sorted registered and on the road.

Normal service will be resumed........
............but not for quite a while. A slip when about to leave the Rallymans Rally a couple of weeks ago left me with a medial tibial plateau fracture of the left knee. Out of hopsital now but not allowed to put any weight on my left leg for at least 6 weeks and total recovery estimated at 6 months minimum. Bugger.

ReplyDeleteIt's taken a long while but I would say it's back to about 90% . Get a bit of pain, especially after long walks,a bit like when you twist your knee.
